K5 Corporation is a construction company that works all over the New England area. Most of our work is performed during the night hours and requires our employees to travel to the following States for work: RI, CT. NY, NY, ME, VT and NH. We are a seasonal contractor and will lay our employees off during the Winter months. Please consider this prior to submitting your application.
Attached you will find the following required documents: Please note all these forms must be filled in in their entirety on order to be considered for a position with K5 Corporation.
- K5 Application (2 pages)
- Background Information request and waiver
- Authorization for release of Information.
In addition to the attached forms you will need to provide a copy of the following documents:
- Valid Drivers License (Both Front and back – Color Copy)
- Valid Medical DOT Card
- OSHA 10 or 30 Card
- Driving Record from the RMV (not any older than 30 Days of the date of the application.
Once you have all this information completed then you can submit it to info@k5corporation.com or you can drop it off at our office.
Please note all applications will only be considered if you have all the above documentations above included with the submission. Please do not submit partial applications.
